Procedures and charges for Access to Information
Requests for information under the Code may be forwarded to the Access to Information Officer of the Laboratory by submitting the application form, which can also be obtained in person at the Reception Counter on 7/F, Ho Man Tin Government Offices. The completed application forms can be submitted by mail, by fax or in person to the following address:

Like all other government departments, Government Laboratory welcomes any enquiry about our operation and the following list of records will be readily available for anyone who is interested in acquiring them. Processing request for information uses resources and the Laboratory may therefore require payment for this service. Any charges levied will reflect the cost of providing the information.
